Privacy Policy: GavryshApps Internal Tools

Who we are. GavryshApps Internal Tools ("the tools") are private software run by Oleksandr Gavrysh (sole proprietor), Warsaw, Poland ("GavryshApps", "we"). Contact: [email protected].

Who uses the tools. Only the owner of GavryshApps. The tools are not offered to the public or to clients, and no one else can sign in to them.

What Google data the tools access. The tools access only GavryshApps' own accounts, through a Google Cloud service account or the owner's own Google sign-in:

• Google Ads (our own account): campaign settings and statistics, search terms, ad and asset policy status, and Keyword Planner data (search volumes, keyword ideas, forecasts).
• Google Analytics (our own Chrome Web Store property): aggregated statistics such as page views and installs by date, source and country.
• Google Search Console (our own site, gavrysh.dev): aggregated clicks, impressions and queries, and index status of our own pages.
• Chrome Web Store (our own items): listing and review status.

We do not access, request or store data from any other Google user. Search terms, search queries and keyword data come from Google in aggregated form and do not identify individual people.

How we use it. Only to run and improve our own products: to monitor spending and advertising performance, to stop our own campaigns when a budget limit is reached, to create our own campaigns, and to research keywords for our own products and ads.

Where it is stored. In a private database on the owner's computer. Credentials are kept in the operating system's encrypted keychain. Nothing is published, sold, rented or shared with third parties, and nothing is used for advertising to anyone or for training AI models.

Retention. We keep the data while it is useful for running our products and delete it when it no longer is. Access can be revoked at any time in the Google accounts concerned.

Google API Services User Data Policy. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This website. These pages are static and set no cookies. We count visits to gavrysh.dev with Cloudflare Web Analytics: it uses no cookies and no user identifiers and shows us only totals by page, referring site, country, device type and page load time. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the pages.

Our browser extensions. Each GavryshApps extension has its own privacy policy on its page at gavrysh.dev. This policy covers only the internal tools.

Changes. We will update this page if the tools start using data in a new way.
